WHO WE ARE
Design and build, under one roof
Olio Design & Build is a Singapore design-and-build firm working across HDB, condominium, landed and commercial projects. We were started on a simple frustration: homeowners were being asked to project-manage their own renovations, chasing a designer, a contractor and four subcontractors who all blamed each other.
So we built the opposite. Designers, project managers, carpenters and tradesmen sit on the same payroll. One team quotes your job, submits it, builds it and hands it over — and there is only ever one person to call.

Registered with the Building and Construction Authority for general building works, including structural submissions and A&A projects.
HDB Licensed Renovation Contractor
Listed on the HDB Directory of Renovation Contractors, so permits for hacking, tiling and wet works are submitted under our own licence.
