DESIGN PROCESS

Step 3: Develop
Submissions for HDB, BCA or URA approval.
- Permit submissions prepared and tracked in house
- Licensed contractor sign-off
- Site protection and hacking commences on approval
- Weekly progress photos and updates

Step 4: Deliver
Weekly status updates, quality checks, on-time handover.
- Rigorous multi-point quality inspection
- Defects list closed before handover
- Professional deep clean
- Keys handed over on the agreed date
CONSTRUCTION & WORKMANSHIP
Six trades, all in house
Quality is never outsourced. When a trade is on our payroll, so is the accountability for it.
Carpentry
Our own workshop builds every wardrobe, kitchen cabinet and feature unit — so quality control never leaves the building.
Demolition & Hacking
Controlled hacking with proper debris management, protection of common areas and neighbour notification.
Tiling & Flooring
Screeding, waterproofing and laying across tile, vinyl and engineered timber, with level checks at every stage.
Electrical & Smart Home
Licensed rewiring, DB upgrades, lighting circuits and smart-home provisioning planned at design stage.
Plumbing
Concealed pipe runs, water-point relocation, and pressure testing before anything gets sealed up.
Metal & Glass
Fabricated screens, shower enclosures, railings and glass partitions measured on site after wet works.
AFTER HANDOVER CARE
What happens after handover
The relationship doesn't end when the keys change hands.
Workmanship Warranty
A written warranty on our workmanship from the day you collect your keys.
Defects Rectification
One point of contact for any defect, and a team that comes back to close it.
Furniture Sourcing
Help sourcing loose furniture that fits the space we just built for you.
